What to expect:

Your first visit:

• a case history taken
• a thorough exam completed
• x-rays, if necessary (if you have your own, please bring them)
• discuss our findings with you
• an adjustment (or a referral, based on the findings)
• expect to be with the doctor for an hour

On every visit:

• efficient and effective visits – because your time is important
• we are here to help whether you want relief care or wellness
• answer any questions you may have
• encourage your participation for optimal wellness

Payment:

We accept Cash, Credit Card and Personal Checks.

Please Note: Patients will be charged for missed appointments, unless cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time.

Insurance:

All insurance processed on your behalf. You pay us, and your insurance company may reimburse you, depending on your benefits.

We are not contracted with any insurance companies and accept no assignment of benefits. We will give you a receipt so that you may submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Every policy differs, so contact your insurance company for your policy's specific coverage. *We will NOT submit or give you a specific receipt to submit to Medicare.
